Are all Pringles Halal?

Procter & Gamble (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is pleased to inform that made-in-Malaysia Pringles® potato crisps have received Halal certification from JAKIM (the Islamic Development Department of Malaysia), the independent Halal authority in the country.

The Halal certification applies to all flavours made in Malaysia for us by Super Food Technology Sdn. Bhd. in Johor  :

Original, Wild Spice, Cheesy Cheese, Salt & Pepper,

Sour Cream & Onion, Basil & Garlic, Smoky BBQ,

Seaweed, Soft Shell Crab, Grilled Shrimp

The JAKIM certifications are first and foremost for our Muslim consumers in Malaysia and ASEAN countries, where they are sold.  From our observation, Muslim consumers in these countries have a preference for such assurance and Halal logo-on-labels for them to make their food choices.

Nevertheless, all Pringles sold across the world contain ingredient lists on their labels that will help consumers make informed choices. Do contact our local offices for any question on products sold in specific countries.

Malaysian consumers may contact us at 1-800-88-3957 should they have any questions.

We thank you for continuous support of Pringles and all our brands.
