UK video-on-demand operator Alchemiya Media is gearing up to launch its service in Southeast Asia. With mobile operators on the look-out for data streaming services, now their main source of revenue, Alchemiya’s inspirational lifestyle content is a perfect match. A deal with Axiata, one of Southeast asia’s largest telecommunications groups, will put Alchemiya in front of 90 million subscribers in Malaysia, Indonesia and Bangladesh.
