Brunei Halal Launches New Web Site

Bandar Seri Begawan – As Halal has always been the forefront of Brunei Darussalam’s religious and social responsibility, the Brunei Halal brand has a simple mission to deliver nutritional quality products through a private label brand system with a strong Halal accreditation backbone.

In line with this, the Brunei Halal brand has created a dynamic approach in introducing and promoting not only the products but also the brand itself.

Yesterday, the Brunei Halal brand launched their new website, www.brunei-halal.com. The launching took place at the Brunei Wafirah Holdings Sdn Bhd & Ghanim International Food Corporation Sdn Bhd in Jerudong.

With the new facelift featuring a fresh, vibrant and dynamic image; the website carries a modern and progressive look in line with the brand’s image.

Moreover, the new website is accessible worldwide and demonstrates a better and closer approach for updates on the brand and its products.

By surfing the website, one can access a full range of Brunei Halal products that ranges from snacks, confectionaries, frozen food, rice products, sauces, flat-breads and beverages.

Consumers are also able to purchase the products online.

According to the Brunei Halal Chief Executive Officer, Feby Latip, “The website is a branding exercise but is timely with all the background developments happening in place with Brunei Wafirah and Brunei Halal products. It is the first major change we have had since being established.”

She added, “The redesign of the website was concentrated on doing four main things. Firstly, the creation of a fresh website that better showcases the range of content and products that Brunei Halal has to offer.

“Secondly, the website pictures a prominent promotion of our latest products and special events organised by the team. Thirdly, it allows easier navigation around the website through a simple, intuitive and dynamic approach.

“While the fourth target is making the website faster for users to find the content,” she explained.

She also said, “The development of the website was handled by Indonesian-based companies, PT Iris Sistem Inforindo and Nuke Graphics. As for the design, it was done in-house by our own graphic designers.

“Overall however, the website project has been the concerted efforts of various departments within Brunei Wafirah Holdings and the trading company, Ghanim International Food Corporation.”

In addition to the new website Brunei Halal can also be followed via Facebook and Twitter pages.
