Dubai: Investors to meet international franchise brands at Gulfood 2011

Food and retail groups, hotel operators, investors and trading groups are all welcome to attend the 2nd Annual International Food Franchising Forum at this year’s Gulfood Show, Dubai World Trade Centre. Midamar Corporation and World Franchise Associates (WFA) will provide franchising expertise and advice as speakers and panellists at the Gulfood Conference on February 27, 2011 from 10:00am-6:00pm.

Attendees will gain considerable insight into the opportunities and practical aspects of franchising in the Middle East and worldwide. As such, the panel discussion is aptly entitled, “International Franchising: Your Essential Guide.”

The Gulfood Conference entitled “Global Trends, Regional Opportunities… and how you can profit from them”, is a world-class learning programme, offering a platform for discussion and networking amongst world leaders in international food concept branding and development.

The Midamar-World Franchise Associates panel will enlighten the audience in practical matters of franchising such as the acquisition of brands, building a successful network, franchise agreements, legal matters, and financial planning. Midamar will discuss the sourcing and supply of Halal food and ingredients, accreditation, legal requirements and supply chain management.
