American Halal Company, Inc. Announces Haroon Jafree of Sabra has joined Executive Team as Chief Operating Officer

Stamford, Connecticut- August 31st, 2015. American Halal Company, Inc. announced today a key addition to its executive leadership team with the hiring of Haroon Jafree as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development.

Mr. Jafree previously held a variety of operational leadership positions. Mr. Jafree most recently was Corporate Controller at Sabra Dipping Company, LLC, where he was part of the Senior Management Team during Sabra’s stellar growth over the last 5 years. Prior to that, Mr. Jafree was VP Finance and Corporate Controller at Deutsch, and Director of Finance and Planning at Sara Lee. Mr. Jafree also worked at Kinnevik Holdings in Sweden which develops and maintains a portfolio of investments in operating companies. Mr. Jafree has led several key business development initiatives during his career, more recently both at Sabra and Deutsch.

Mr. Jafree will serve as C.O.O. and SVP of Corporate Development, collaborating on and overseeing various operational functions, including Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Production/Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics.

    All of Saffron Road’s Products are Halal Certified by the Islamic Food and Nutrition Council of America (IFANCA) and are the only premium, Halal Certified and Natural brand available in grocery markets nationwide in the US.

    Not exactly. There are other brands as well. AND, other brands that when they say American, like American Halal Company, actually only use ingredients and proteins from America.
